Before becoming Chief Engineer aboard the Missouri, Connor O'Roarke was stationed at Utopia Planitia. There he worked on various projects including the Intrepid-class and Norway-class starships design bureaus. He also worked on some top-secret projects, such as reverse engineering of a Romulan Cloaking Device.
