Aside from speaking in the third person, Nick Varnau has written several short stories in science-fiction, horror, and humor department. Some of his non-Star Trek works include "Celebrity," "Amazon Jihad," and "Bloodlust." Recently, he has been working on a novel with long-time friend Patrick Fritz. The book is called "Church & State." His "Star Trek" works include "The Pain of the Warrior" and "Vulcan's Grief." He is also working on a few more "ST" fan fic projects when not writing the novel.
